Policy and Technical Committees
Development of the Human Services Transportation Coordination Plan is guided by a Technical Committee and a Policy Committee. Click here to view the decision-making structure.
Members of the Technical Committee include operations managers of public, private and non-profit organizations that provide transportation services on Oahu.
Members of the Policy Committee include Wayne Yoshioka, Director of the City and County of Honolulu Department of Transportation Services, and Debbie Kim-Morikawa, Director of the City and County of Honolulu Department of Community Services. State agency directors serve on the Policy Committee as Ad Hoc members as needed.
